About Wellness Visits and eap services

During these visits, we will discuss what wellness means to each individual, how to improve overall wellness, and anything else the individual wishes to bring up.

These visits will not be counseling sessions. A wellness visit does not involve a diagnosis, and minimal documentation will be involved. However, anything discussed during these sessions will remain confidential.

If your department already contracts with me for wellness and EAP services and you wish to schedule a wellness visit, you can contact me directly. If you wish to seek mental health counseling on an ongoing basis, I can discuss options to establish you with either myself or another provider who is familiar with working with first responders.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Supporting First Responder Wellness with Compassion and Expertise

Wellness Visits: A Proactive Approach to Mental Health

Our Wellness Visits provide a confidential, judgment-free space for first responders to check in with a licensed clinical counselor. These visits are not tied to a diagnosis or treatment plan—they are simply an opportunity to talk, process stress, and develop healthy coping strategies before challenges escalate.

Benefits of Wellness Visits:

Confidential & Private – No reports to your employer, just real support.

Job-Specific Support – We specialize in the mental health needs of first responders.

Proactive Care – Address stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue before they become crises.

Flexible Scheduling – In-person or virtual appointments available.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services

I am now offering specialized EAP services tailored for the demands of corrections officers, patrol deputies, and 911 dispatchers. Our goal is to provide immediate, solution-focused support to help employees manage personal and work-related stress effectively.

What Our EAP Services Include:

🔹 Short-Term Counseling – Confidential sessions to address personal and professional concerns.

🔹 Crisis Support – Immediate help for acute stress, trauma, or critical incidents.

🔹 Work-Life Balance Guidance – Support for family, financial, and occupational stressors.

🔹 Referral Services – Connection to specialized resources when longer-term care is needed.

🔹 On-Site & Virtual Access – Convenient options to fit your schedule.

We believe your mental wellness is just as important as your physical safety. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to do it alone—we’re here to help.

Stronger Minds. Resilient Responders. Healthier Teams.
